    Talk therapy definitely helped me process a lot, especially during a tough phase last year. Alongside it, I also went through reiki attunement training, which opened a new level of healing for me. Reiki is an alternative therapy that originated in Japan, focusing on energy healing. After the attunement, I felt more balanced and emotionally grounded. The combination of both talk therapy and Reiki gave me tools to manage stress and reconnect with myself in a deeper way.
